Thus, the Court of Cassation Instance agreed with the arguments of the Law Office's Attorneys that the claims were based on fictitious loan, pledge and surety agreements. This allowed the client to retain the business and continue its development.
The Latvian bank filed claims to foreclose on hotel buildings and land plots in Yekaterinburg and Perm.
