During half a year they analyzed documents, prepared reports and presentations, conducted business correspondence, drafted commercial contracts and court documents.
The training included 5 thematic modules:

- Due Diligence Report / Due Diligence;
- Commercial Contracts;
- Litigation Documents;
- Mergers & Acquisitions.
Practicing experts - partners and employees of the largest law firms in Russia - shared their experience and unique knowledge with the students. Experienced mentors helped students to complete assignments and draft documents. Weekly group sessions included discussions and workshops.
