Most modern radio equipment uses Wi-Fi technologies operating in frequencies that are also actively exploited by the government - by military space agencies, radar services. The intersection of interests forces civilian users to comply with the restrictions set by the authorities.
The analysis of the equipment characteristics, EU and Belarusian legislation allowed us to draw unambiguous conclusions about the peculiarities of working with this equipment, as well as to give recommendations on the cases when it is necessary to obtain permits.
