Having studied a decision of a Belgian court against a client, the company developed a legal position on the prospects of the Russian court recognizing the decision. We also conducted a comprehensive analysis of all court practice in similar cases.
In addition, we analyzed the risks associated with the possible bankruptcy of the company, in particular, bringing the founder, the head of the company and the accountant to subsidiary responsibility for the company's debts.
