On December 3, the introductory session of the first course under the agreement “Corporate Disputes” was held, which was personally conducted by Andrey Kozlov, Managing Partner of RussianLegal Law Office.
The course was attended by students of the bachelor's and master's programs “Practical Jurisprudence and Economic Justice” of the Graduate School of Law of the Institute of Public Service and Administration of the Presidential Academy (RANEPA).
The course developed by RussianLegal Law Office is based on students' analysis of a case that will cover to the maximum extent possible the issues arising in the practice of a lawyer accompanying corporate disputes.
The main emphasis is placed on improving the quality of students' preparation of court and other documents in the context of arbitration of corporate disputes. This will be achieved through the development of draft documents by the students, their analysis in class, and the provision of examples and recommendations by the Firm's attorneys based on their many years of experience in handling similar disputes.
