Polina Matveeva is a dispute resolution expert and specializes in handling corporate and bankruptcy disputes and subsidiary liability disputes. Her completed and ongoing projects include disputes on restoration of corporate control, exclusion from the corporation, challenging transactions in bankruptcy proceedings, seizure of assets of bankrupt debtors, and other corporate disputes.
Some notable cases include the return of a mansion located in the center of Moscow to the bankruptcy estate, which was registered to front individuals, the protection of the interests of top management in an international holding company against subsidiary liability in excess of 300 million rubles, and support for a complex corporate dispute in a family business in the commercial real estate sector.
Polina is a member of the Association of Lawyers of Russia, a graduate from the Faculty of Law at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, and holds a Master's degree in Private Law at the Russian School for Private Law.
In addition, Polina is an expert and developer of the Russian Law Tournament Fabula, as well as an expert of the Drafting School.
