Andrey Kozlov, founder of RussianLegal, gave an interview on the Business Lines case

In interviews with Kommersant, Interfax and Forbes, Andrey Kozlov detailed the essence of the conflict between Mikhail Khabarov and Alexander Bogatikov, as well as a unique precedent where a Russian court applied interim measures in a foreign proceeding.

Mikhail Khabarov applied to The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) to recover 25 million dollars from Bogatikov's structures. In an effort not to lose the asset, the owner of Business Lines tried to transfer ownership to his relatives, which would have made it impossible to enforce the foreign court's decision.

“We regard the change in the ownership structure of Delovye Lines as a blatant attempt by Alexander Bogatikov to hide his assets in order not to pay the claims of our companies, which are exclusively monetary in nature” - said a representative of Solarstones Limited, Andrey Kozlov.
