Rosgosstrakh filed a lawsuit against a former subsidiary of RGS-Life, which continued to use the trademark on favorable terms after the business split.
During the interview Andrey Kozlov noted that the courts will need to make a detailed assessment of the economic and legal substance of the disputed transactions, which, as it seems, could have been concluded under very ambiguous circumstances.
