The liquidator of PJSC "Petrarko" applied to Udmurt arbitration to declare his company bankrupt, but TRUST Bank proved that the bankruptcy petition was unfounded due to the sufficiency of assets to satisfy creditors' claims.
Andrey Kozlov believes that, based on the circumstances of the case, the court's refusal to declare the debtor bankrupt was predictable, and the liquidator has little chance to change the court's decision in its favor in case of a successful challenge to the results of the financial assessment.
