The essence of the conflict
An acute corporate conflict lasted for 5 years between family members - co-owners of a shopping center in Moscow.
During these 5 years, the business owners initiated 8 legal disputes on counterclaims, complicated by the exclusion of a co-owner from the company and the declaration of personal bankruptcy of one of the company's participants.
It was in the interests of our client to terminate all legal disputes, as well as to settle the “family” corporate conflict peacefully.
