The first enrollment of the Drafting School, an educational project for mastering legal writing skills, has finished.
During six months students have analyzed documents, drafted reports and prepared presentations, conducted business correspondence, drafted commercial contracts and court documents.
The course included 5 units:
Interim documents / business correspondence;
Comprehensive legal compliance report / Due Diligence;
Commercial contracts;
Litigation Documents;
Mergers & Acquisitions.
Practicing experts - partners and employees of the major Russian law firms - shared their expertise and unique knowledge with the students. Experienced tutors helped with the assignments and drafting of the documents. Discussions and workshops took place in the weekly group classes.
