"Rosgosstrakh" sued its former subsidiary "RGS-Zhizn", which continued to use the trademark on preferential terms after the separation of the business.
During the interview, Andrey Kozlov noted that the courts would need to make a detailed assessment of the economic and legal merits of the disputed transactions, which could be seen to have been concluded under very ambiguous circumstances.
