Her accomplished and ongoing projects include disputes on restoration of corporate control, corporate exclusion, reclamation of corporate documents, contestation of transactions in bankruptcy proceedings, seizure of bankruptcy debtors' assets and other corporate disputes.
In addition, Polina advises clients, oftentimes foreign ones, on structuring investments, registering real estate titles, and going through the licensing procedures required to buy or sell assets in Russia given the current restrictions.
Polina is also actively involved in the Firm’s educational projects- she is an expert and developer of the Drafting School case study.
