Polina is a dispute resolution expert and specializes in handling corporate and bankruptcy disputes. Her completed and ongoing projects include disputes on restoration of corporate control, expulsion from the corporation, challenging transactions in bankruptcy proceedings, seizure of assets of bankrupt debtors and other corporate disputes.
She is a member of the Moscow Bar Association, a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics, and a Master of Private Law of the Russian School of Private Law.
In addition, Polina devotes a lot of time to educational projects - she is an expert and developer of the Russian Legal Tournament Fabula, as well as an expert of the Drafting School.
