Oleg deals with business acquisitions and sales, assists clients in establishing strong agreements with partners in investment projects.

Oleg's diverse experience allows him to find solutions for representatives of various industries. His clients include agricultural holdings, coal mining companies, technology projects, developers, design institutes and non-profit organizations.

Since Oleg has been actively involved in international transactions for a considerable period of time, mostly based on English law, his professional skills are equally effective both under Russian law and for jurisdictions based on English law.

Oleg has acted as a legal consultant for many landmark international architectural competitions (Zaryadye Park, Rublevo-Arkhangelskoye, The State Center for Contemporary Art, Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, Moscow Metro stations). The architectural competitions currently held in Russia are largely based on variants of the rules developed by Oleg in 2013-2015.
Author and scientific editor of many normative and methodological documents in the field of urban planning developed within the framework of the federal project “Formation of Comfortable Urban Environment” of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”.
