Andrey Kozlov leads the strategic development of the Firm. He specializes in the resolution of corporate conflicts and family disputes and advises clients on business management and investment projects - both in Russia and abroad.
Andrey Kozlov represented Alfa Group in disputes against the Big Four companies in the Polyplastic case and shareholders of the National Computer Corporation in the most high-profile corporate conflict of 2021. In 2018, Andrey Kozlov successfully defended Andreas Neocleous, founder of Cyprus' largest law firm, who had been accused of abusing his trust fund duties.
Andrey Kozlov is engaged in transforming higher education in Russia. He has founded the Russian Law Tournament, an annual national competition for students nationwide, held in partnership with the Presidential Academy and Lomonosov Moscow State University, and the School of Drafting (teaching legal writing skills). In 2022, the Drafting School was launched in cooperation with the MSU Science Valley, an innovation cluster of Moscow University.
