Providing logistical support to an Italian national involved in in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) in Russia
Our client asked us to provide visa and legal assistance to a patient and to execute the permissive documents required to import a donor biomaterial for in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) in Russia.
The Italian medical centre neither had the necessary criotechnological equipment to procure for long storage of cells nor had ever exported any biomaterials.
Due to the client’s concerns for the risk of a transportation mistake, the scum was transported in a personal Dewar vacuum flask by a personal courier.
We managed to arrange for the entire chain of transportation of both the patient and his biomaterial as soon as possible while being in continuous contact with the clinics concerned.
This project gave rise to a new round of our client relations where our team gets involved in very delicate personal matters.
