The Firm's proposals to improve the rules for the use of two-wheeled electric vehicles were considered at a meeting of the Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation.

Representing journalist Alena Doletskaya, who was hit by a delivery courier, the Firm's lawyers conducted an analysis of the current legislation regulating the use of personal mobility aids.

Despite the changes in traffic regulations, adopted on October 6, 2022, this sphere is in dire need of further improvement.

During the work with the case of Alena Stanislavovna meetings with the largest operators of electric transport were held, foreign experience was studied and an extensive list of new proposals was prepared, which was sent to the Chairman of the Presidential Council for Civil Society and Human Rights V.A. Fadeev.

Mr. Fadeev, after reviewing the prepared proposals, invited Alena Stanislavovna to participate in the meeting of the Council on "Legal regulation of the operation of personal mobility devices.

In the near future our ideas will also be discussed in the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.
